Important: please be aware that Ultra Ebike is designed to conform with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Any modification to the products will invalidate the guarantee and in particular any modification which increases the power of the motor and/or the top assisted speed of the bike may make the rider liable to prosecution. Excluding statutory obligations Ultra Ebike will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred following any modification to this product.

We try to ensure that information on our websites is accurate, complete and up-to-date. In using our websites, however, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, which take effect on the date when you first use the website.

How much?

Delivery charge of each item is listed for each territory. Please contact info@ultraebike.com if you are in any other territory and we will calculate delivery charges accordingly. Regardless, delivery charges may change and vary, if they do, we will contact you.

How long?

Ordered goods may be in stock or made to order.

It depends which wheel size and disc type you require, but an estimated wait time is between 2-40 days for most orders. 

By who?

Your order will be delivered by UPS or another reputable dispatch company.

Tracking?

You will receive an email from our processing team once your order is sent. Within this email will be a link to your tracking information.

Extra Info

For delivery addresses is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may vary, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries can not be made to PO Box addresses to hotels, workplaces or multiple occupancy premises, or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel, workplace or multiple occupancy premises or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that Ultra Ebike cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the above, or are damaged on receipt.  

Our designated currier company will inform you of the delivery time in due course.

In no case shall Ultra Ebike Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 20 – CONTACT INFORMATION

If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 14 days to return it for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

There are some exclusions to our 14 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

Any customised items such as wheel builds and personalised  items cannot be returned.

  • Gift vouchers
  • Products received over 14 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory or used condition

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances

We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Item

Faulty items are not included in our 14-day return policy as they can be sent back to us at any time within one year or the guarantee terms. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault.

All goods purchased from Ultra Ebike.com are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which, generally speaking, will cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. We will always honour the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable (these are normally one year).

If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, please check our ‘Product Warranty’ section below. If you are unable to find a solution, please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods – we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.

We will then get in contact with you for the next steps in completing your claim. For faulty items, please allow us 14 days to process the return. This is because the item will be subject to an inspection with our warranty team. If an item needs to be sent to the supplier for an inspection you will be notified via email, supplier inspections can take up to 60 days.

Please note: items must be cleaned before being returned. Any items returned in an unreasonable state may be refused due to health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Incorrect & Incomplete

If you have received an item that is damaged, not what you ordered, or is missing parts please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods – we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.

How we will refund you

If you are due a refund, your original method of payment will determine how we reimburse you.

  • Credit/debit card – If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
  • PayPal – we’ll process a refund to your PayPal account.
  • Gift voucher – If you paid for using a gift voucher you will be given a gift voucher to the relevant value.

Cancellation rights at law

You also have rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which state that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods bought through our website. To exercise this right please contact us prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Where charges apply, you are responsible for paying the return delivery charges.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or

(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you’re entitled to the following:

up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund;

up to six months: if they can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases;

up to one year: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some repair, or if repair not possible, replacement of product.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

us to repair the goods;

us to replace the goods;

to reject the goods and get a refund.

Cancelling an order

Please note that we pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time, this does mean there is only a small window to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us as soon as possible on the website info@ultraebike.com. Please cancel the order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Although we will try our best to assist you we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop your order in time to prevent it from being dispatched.

Orders that have already been processed and dispatched can be cancelled within 14 days of being received and must then be returned to Ultra Ebike within a further 14 days as per your consumer rights.

Once the order has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email. If not dispatched, orders that have been paid at checkout will be automatically refunded, any other payment methods would not have been charged so would not be due a refund. Orders that have been dispatched will be refunded at the point the good are received back with us. Unfortunately orders that have been cancelled cannot be reactivated, so if you change your mind, please place a new order in the usual way.

Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product for credit, an equivalent exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Products can only be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.

If 14 days or 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the following stipulations and exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Full Refund (if applicable) – A full refund for the product at the value sold.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

If a new item is faulty a refund or replacement will be served.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Unwanted items that have signs of use or opening can not be returned.

A receipt of purchases is needed to complete any refunds.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Equivalent Exchange (if applicable) – A return may result in exchange, the products must be of equivalent value with any variation in cost being refunded.

Exemptions:

There are certain situations where no refunds or replacements are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

The customer will need to pay the postage cost for the return.

We will aim to review your return/ exchange request within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Ultra reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where the above stipulations are not met.

1. The warranty period of Ultra Ebike products is one year from date of purchase delivery. The scope and principle of the warranty are: If the motor, battery or controller are defective or damaged by non-human factors.

2. In addition to the claims under the law and/or contract of sale which arise from material defects, the rights arising from this guarantee are granted by the seller to the customer. These rights shall not be limited by the guarantee.

3. Ultra Ebike Ltd guarantees its Ebike conversion kit to be free of any manufacturing related defects.

4. Parts that are subject to wear and tear such as wheel rims, spokes, tires, bearings, batteries or battery cells are not covered by this guarantee.

5. The guarantee is null and void if:

– The Ultra Ebike conversion kit has been misused or treated carelessly.

– The Ultra Ebike conversion Kit has been damaged due to excessive stress, incorrect use or external influences.

– The Ultra Ebike conversion Kit has been wrongly installed and not in accordance with supplied instructions.

– The defect has been caused by failure to observe the fitting and operating instructions. – The damage to any of the Kit components has been caused by human intervention.

– A repair or a repair attempt has been carried out by personnel other than that of a Ultra Ebike factory or of an authorised point of sale.

– Damage is sustained by dropping, collisions, or water.

– Damage is caused by stunts, jumps or extreme sports riding conditions.

– Damage is reported outside the warranty period of one year.

– The Ultra Ebike is used outside the parameters stated in ‘Intended Use’

6. The period shall commence at the time of delivery of the Ultra Kit from the seller to the purchaser.

7. The place of purchase and the date of delivery shall be proven by submitting proof of purchase, for example, the sales receipt, invoice, delivery note or similar document.

8. Ultra Ebike Ltd shall correct at no additional cost, any defects that occur during the guarantee period if we are notified in writing within three weeks of their occurrence and are within the terms of the guarantee. Repairs will be carried out at a point of sale authorised by Ultra Ebike or replaced. Ultra Ebike is entitled to remedy the defect by delivery of like-for-like replacement. Further claims of the customer arising from this guarantee particularly claims or reimbursement of expenses, reduction, compensation for damages or the right of withdrawal, shall be excluded. Statutory or other contractual claims arising from material defects shall remain unaffected. The guarantee period shall not be extended if services are performed under the terms of the guarantee.

9. The parts replaced and retained when carrying out the warranty shall become the property of Ultra Ebike.

10. If our customer services are called upon without due cause, Ultra Ebike shall be entitled to charge the costs incurred to the customer.
